xbox 360 broken disc drive problem..

xbox 360 broken disc drive problem... my xbox seems to have gone mental...the disc drive is playing up, not getting stuck or anything, infact the opposite..when turned on it open the tray on its own then closes it instantly and if u try to eject it then it closes to quickly. if i manage to get an game in and force the tray shut then it says on the screen that its opening/closing instead of reading.if anyone has a cure for this then please letme no.thanx,,
