Five Minute Motorcycle Tire Change. After seeing the awesome No-Mar tire changer in action at the Portland International Motorcycle Show, I decided to see how long it takes me to change a tire by hand. I am using two Emgo tire irons and a C-clamp to break the bead. The wheel I am working with is just a spare for my GSX-R600 so I am not using any rim protectors. The tire is a very stiff Dunlop Ntec racing slick, so expect the process to be easier with a more flexible DOT tire.
