This is for those people that get access denied (5) while trying to shutdown computers on your network.that are running windows 7 home premium or 7 basic. You have to run this on all windows 7 machines that do not have gpedit.msc. You also have to use a user with administrative rights on the other computer that you are using to shutdown the windows 7 computer.
Where to edit registry:
HKLM\software\Microsoft|windows|current version\policies\system (right click on system and new click on DWORD 32 bit
