Cleaning pellet stove pipe with a leaf blower. Leaf blower coupled to 3" pellet stove pipe to suck out ash. I posted this video mostly to detail how I connected the leaf blower to the stove pipe. On the leaf blower itself I used a food dicer that I had been meaning to fix. It so happened to have a 5" top whole and a 1 3/4" bottom pipe which fit perfectly. I opened up the leaf blower, placed the 5" side inside and then tightened the screws on it. The real nice thing is I can still use it as a leaf blower. On my stove, a St. Croix Prescott EXP the leaf blower was effective in removing ash from the horizontal pipe but not the interior of the stove itself. That said, my flame is much more sharp and energetic than it was before I used the leafblower.
